Payment Terms and conditions

A registration form must be completed and signed for a place on the register at SDSD. This data will be destroyed when a pupil gives notice and officially taken off the register
A full terms notice must be given when withdrawing a pupil from a class OR Half a terms fee will be payable. A place in any class at SDSD has been agreed and accepted on this understanding *excluding Adult classes and Ballet Tots.
All teachers work to a set timetable, therefore they cannot discuss a pupil between classes. This can be arranged through the office.
All students are required to wear the correct SDSD uniform for the class they are attending
No outdoor shoes may be worn in the studio.
Acro class must be taken alongside another dance discipline.
Hair must be worn in a suitable style for the class attending.
The NHS guidelines for illness must be followed. NHS GUIDELINES
Teachers must be made aware of any illnesses if the child is attending class.

If there are any changes that need to be made to the scheduled timetable, parents will be notified with as much notice as possible. If a replacement class is offered no refund will be issued if the class cannot be made.
In adverse weather conditions the safety of Parents / Pupils and teachers travelling to the studio will be assessed and if deemed unsafe SDSD will close the studio. SDSD will do their best to offer an alternative class No refunds will be issued if classes are cancelled under these conditions.
If for any reason classes cannot run due to conditions out of SDSD’s control, no refunds will be issued. SDSD will do their best to offer an alternative class
SDSD offer performance opportunities and this may clash with student’s class time. If a student decides to be involved and this results in missing a class SDSD will do their best to offer an alternative class but no refunds will be given.
